Y Talbot is delighted to have been awarded an AA Rosette 

We are delighted to have been awarded an AA Rosette recognising "high standards, consistency and precision, serving food prepared with care and with evident selection of fresh,seasonal, quality ingredients.Good understanding and use of technical skills are demonstrated in the cooking, with clarity of flavours shining through."

The AA Rosette award follows inclusion in the Michelin Guide 2016 and reflects Y Talbot's investment in people, facilities and customer service in order to provide an excellent allround experience for our guests. Head Chef Dafyyd Watkin has built a strong team of five in the kitchen since coming to Y Talbot from the Ritz, Piccadilly 5 years ago and his training with Marco Pierre White is evidenced by his total commitment to quality and consistency.
